Due to the unique and vintage nature of the items sold at Dibbs & Co., all sales are considered final.

Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and described to accurately represent its condition. Vintage and thrifted items may show signs of age, wear, or character consistent with pre-owned pieces.

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if:

• The item arrives damaged during shipping
• The wrong item was sent

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

We do our best to package items carefully to ensure they arrive safely.
